S. George Lesinski, M.D., Founder, Chairman of the Board, Principal Investigator, has 34 years of experience as a board certified ENT surgeon in Otology/NeuroOtology clinical practice. During that time he has successfully reconstructed the hearing in over 4,000 patients. This experience provided his inspiration to design and develop the FIHS and to create the several inventions required to make our FIHS device work and to facilitate the implant surgery.
